¨ç Mount the positioner to the control as shown below
¨è Connect the feedback lever to control valve stem at position where the angle between the valve stem and the feedback lever becomes 90¢ª as shown below when the input signal is to 12mA (50%)
¨é Stroke range for the best performance should be 5~80mm and the operating angle of the feedback lever should be maximum 45¢ª to carry out accuracy perfectly

¨ç Mount the multi-tupe barcket to the actuator as shown below
¨è Confirm the rotating direction of the actuator for air piping (see catalog and manual for details)
¨é Confirm if the feedback lever shaft "A" is placed in the orifice of the fork lever "B" and they are in perfect alignment with a rotary actuator output shaft
Confirm the rotating direction of the actuator and connect the air lines as shown below

¨ç Push MODE key for more than 5 seconds, and Auto Calibration will start
¨è The time required for this process may be different according to actuator volume, but it generally takes about 2~3 minutes
 
 
Note that input signal should be provided for measurement of output signal.
¨ç With a mA loop calibrator Select Measurement mode and connect £« to 4 and £­ to 5
¨è With a mulitimeter tester(mA)
ZERO / SPAN of position feedback will be automatically set after Auto Calibration .
 
Note that the alarm limits were already set at the factory to 0...10%for AL1(L,H)and 90...100%forAL2(L,H). Please refer to the manual for details.
